Manly

It was a particularly lovely day when we hopped on a train to the city and took the ferry across the harbour to Manly. The following photos were taken from the Manly ferry and along the North and South Steyne, the road that runs along Manly beach.

This gull was quite happy amongst the crowd of
people waiting for the ferry...

The Rhapsody of the Seas, docked at the harbour

Purple amongst the greenery

Some of the many sail boats on the beautiful harbour

This boat flew by the ferry...

South Passage is a 100 foot long, gaff rigged schooner,
built to give young people a unique journey at sea

Out to sea...

I so loved the colour of all these boats

Manly Beach

A sole surfer

There were many games of beach volleyball being played

The flag...

A lovely little Greek restaurant that was recommended to us,
and I would DEFINITELY recommend it to YOU!!

The waves through a window

Hard yakka!

Crashing waves...

Heading back to the city, she was only JUST visible due to all the haze!

Would be a lovely view from these buildings!
